He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorothy Keels, Phillip Keels, George Waugh and Peggy Waugh; and his uncle Ronald Dukes.
He is survived by: his parents, RosaLee Keels and Nathanial B. Waugh; his spouse Ruthdelania Waugh; his children, DeLannie, Makayla and Zoe; and his siblings, Shawanda Raynor, Yasheca Waugh and Javon Waugh. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
