Lucia C. Karichkowsky Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucia C. Karichkowsky of Troy, New York, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastian DeGiorgio and Mary Prezio DeGiorgio; her husband Gary Karichkowsky; her daughter Tracy M. Garner; her siblings, Laura DeGiorgio, Sebastian D. DeGiorgio, Eleanor Daniels, Filomena Carello, Nicholas S. DeGiorgio, Joseph DeGiorgio, Elizabeth Ruggeri, Mary Trad, Amelia DeNice and Emily Colwell; and her friend Donna Smith.
She is survived by: her grandson Matthew Westcott; and her pet Goof. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
