It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine F. Redden of Troy, New York, who passed away on December 1, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lorraine F. Redden to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucien Turmel and Frances Turmel; her husband William C. Redden Sr.; her daughter Kathleen Bovia (Kevin); her granddaughter Jaime; and her siblings, Cecilia Stager, Joseph Turmel and Marion Smith.
She is survived by: her children, William Redden Jr. (Linda), Linda Tymchyn (Harry) and Christine Van Baaren (Michael); and her brother Ted Turmel. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, NY 12205). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY 12205).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice.
