She was predeceased by: her mother Edith Howell; her siblings, Thomas, James Howell, Gloria Tucker and Rosena Howell; and her sons, Stanley and Charles Francis.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald and Audrey; and her children, Desiree, Delores, Noel, Anthony, Sheldon, Michael, Christopher and Walter. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home (8 109th St, Troy, NY 12182). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location.
