He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Tomlin (Grady) and Arthur Ellis; and his stepfather Laurel Tomlin. He is survived by: his children, Shamara Ellis and Cam'Ron Ellis; and his siblings, Laurell Tomlin, Nyisha Dozier, Keke Grady, Crystal Benson (Eric), John Ellis, Wakendae Ellis, Mitchell Ellis, Ervin Ellis, Jeanelle Smith (David) and Arthur Ellis. He is also survived by his grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
