It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen R. Stebbins of Troy, New York, who passed away on June 28, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Welch and Arlene Williams Welch; and her sisters, Pamela Sandercox and Sharon Brown. She is survived by: her children, Erik J. Gelina and Tracie E. Gelina (Greg Nahmyuk); her siblings, Bobby Welch, Ronald Welch, Lynne Griswold (Thomas), Cindy Moak (Richard) and Gary Welch; and her grandchildren, Justin Waters, Steven Waters, Tristen Gelina, Ryan Gelina and Erika Gelina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
