It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Germain Connor of Troy, New York, who passed away on August 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph J. Germain and Gertrude Schneider Germain. She is survived by: her husband John A. Connor Sr. The; her children, Mary Lou Baker (Daniel) of Clifton Park and John A. Connor Jr. of Troy; her grandson Timothy Ruffinen Jr. (Audrey) of Niskayuna; her great grandchildren, Ava and Ivy; and her cousin Patricia Fontaine of Troy. She is also survived by several other cousins and many dear friends.
