He was predeceased by: his parent Eugene Bielawa. He is survived by: his parent Irene Taran Bielawa; his children, Crystal Maple (Shawn), Jacob Bielawa (Latonia Smith) and Joseph Brady; his grandchildren, Shareik Williams, Shawn Maple, Jr., Jayvein Maple and Shalynn Boyko; his siblings, Barbara Bielawa, Tony Bielawa, Stanley Bielawa, Eugene Bielawa, Mike Bielawa and Eddie Bielawa; and also, Theresa Brady and Poppi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
