Phillips of Hoosick Falls; his former wife Haley Phillips; his grandchildren, Sarah, Katrina, Aria, Collin, Mia, Emma and Wade; his siblings, Janis L. Coonradt (Glenn) of Gainesville, FL, Ernest D., Mark K. Phillips (Lisa) of Troy, Kim M. Erickson (Ken) of Melrose, Kelly R. Hostettler (John) of Watervliet and Dana M. Cerrone (Dave) of Troy; his parents-in-law, Sandra and Tim MacCue of Schaghticoke; his former wife Sheila Phillips (Hill) of Troy; his brother-in-law Tim MacCue; his brother Ernie; his nieces and nephews, Jerry Jr. and Timmy; and his son Kenny. He is also survived by his family and friends.
