With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeannette G. Jacques (Troy, New York), who passed away on November 20, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Engquist and Jeannette Engquist (Hinnant); her husband George W. Jacques; and her daughters-in-law, Leslie G., Linda Jacques and Becky Jacques.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Holt Sr. (Timothy) of Haynersville, Cindy L. Premo (Louis Little) of Chestertown and Ronald S. Jacques of Potter Hill; her grandsons, Timothy Holt Jr. (Lynda), Shawn Holt (Kim Winkler), Christopher Jacques (Samantha) and Russell Jacques (Tina); and her great grandchildren, Jesse M. Holt, Lauren A. Holt, Lindsey M. Milne, Lucas D. Jacques, Joseph G. Jacques, Emily Jacques, Katie Jacques, Jacob Holt and Nathan Holt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the Berkshire Bird Paradise, (a nonprofit organization caring for and rehabilitating injured birds,) at 43 Red Pond Road, Petersburgh, NY 12138, in memory of Jeannette G. Jacques.
