Though James may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parent Juanita Oliver; his adoptive parents, Anne Coles and Edward Coles; his brothers, William Oliver and Edward Oliver; and his aunt Beatrice.
He is survived by: his children, Latoya, Aisa, Lateefah, Naimah and James Edward; and his sister-in-law Robin Oliver. He is also survived by grandchildren, grandnephews, cousins and friends.
