He is survived by: his wife Monica Dudek; his children, Brian Bentley, Kelly Gilbert (Andrew) and Eric Bentley (Theresa); his grandchildren, Dillon, Declan Gilbert and Monica Bentley; his siblings, Carol Orlyk (late John), David Bentley (late Laurie) and Dale Bentley (Rita Garzone); his brothers-in-law, Robert Messier, Michael and Paul Dudek; his nephew John J. Orlyk Jr.; his niece Julie Messier; his great-niece Emma; his niece Karen; his sister-in-law Pam Jerome; and his brother John H. Bentley Jr..
