James A. Bovair Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James A. Bovair (Troy, New York), who passed away on October 12, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Blanche (Suprenant); and his wife Marilyn M. Bovair (Bonesteel). He is survived by: his children, Chaundray Smith (Randy) of Troy, Cheryl Bovair (Michael Ardman) of Brunswick, Cherie Bovair of Brunswick and Todd Bovair (Gina) of Poestenkill; his sisters, Leona Kasner of Florida and Marge Pollard of Florida; and his friend Ann Calabro of Grafton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
He built a boat, which he sailed, and an airplane that he flew out of his backyard and later donated to RPI in Troy.
