He is survived by: his siblings, Charles and Teresa; his wife Mary DeLorme; his children, Darlene Turner, Gilbert Zmithrovitch (Ellen) and Karla DeHont (John); his grandchildren, Matt (Amanda), Kelly, Katrina (Cliff), Zach, Adam (Kaitlin) and Emma; his great grandchildren, Rona, Avery, Sam and Mackenzie; and his pet Molly.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service (908 Albemarle Rd, Asheboro, NC 27203).
