He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Nolan, and Mary Norman Nolan, Sr.; and his brothers, Frederick Nolan, Jr. and John Nolan. He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Nolan, Phillip Nolan, Mary Jane Ashley and Bettyann Turner.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Morris-Stebbins-Miner & Sanvidge Funeral Home (312 Hoosick St, Troy, NY 12180). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Eagle Mills Cemetery (50 Garfield Rd, Troy, NY 12180).
