He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert DeRubertis and Idaie DeRubertis; his wife Irene DeRubertis; his brother Pasquale DeRubertis (late Theresa); and his great grandchild Lily Roesch.
He is survived by: his children, Albert DeRubertis (Terry), Vincent DeRubertis (Wendy), Lisa Ryan (Kevin), Michael DeRubertis and Joseph DeRubertis (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Christopher, Emma, Allie, David and Adam DeRubertis; his children, Tara Horn (Chris), Daniel DeRubertis, Trasian, Alexandra Ryan, Marielaina Peters (Mike), Paige, Gennaro and Mason DeRubertis; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Elaina Horn and Amelia Peters; and his sisters, Michelina DeRubertis and Pauline Sirtori (late Frank). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
