She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph William Riegert and Rosemary "Midge" Harlan; her husband Isaac Whitefield; her daughters, Leah Sapienza, Pamela Whitefield and Meredith Whitefield; her grandchildren, Russell, Gianna, Evander, Kylie, Ezra, Simone and Miles; and her sisters, Rosemary May, Nancy Farrell and Kathryn Casey. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
