He is survived by: his wife Amber; his children, Brittany Jr. and Frankie Jr.; his parents, Hope Schermerhorn and James Hathaway (Tammy); his siblings, James Hathaway (Heidi), William Hathaway (Angie), Teddy Hathaway, Charles Swanson, Hope Hathaway, Ronnie Stark, Brian Stark and Floyd Hathaway; and also Cathy Cozzens (Thomas). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
