It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eveline M. Whitney (Troy, New York), born in Redford, New York, who passed away on February 7, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Carter and Margaret Carter (Collins); her husband Fred Whitney, Jr.; her children, William and Tina; and her brothers, Joe, Luke and Oswald.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Carter; and her children, Fred (Karen), John (Beverly), Paul (Margaret) and Cheryl (Bob). She is also survived by several great grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riverview Funeral Home (218 2nd Ave, Troy, NY 12180). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Shrine Church (28 State St, Troy, NY 12180).
