He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gustav Uhmann and Emma Kessler Uhmann; his children, Dagmar I. Thomas (Jerry), Andrea Malone (Michael), Penfield, Crista Russell (Jeff), Southhold and Mark Uhmann (Coleen) of Troy; his grandchildren, Alexander Thomas (Carly), Andrew Thomas (Melissa), Jessica Kleiner (Anatole), Kevin Malone, Ridge Russell, Amanda Meher and Erhard Marcus Uhmann II; his great grandchildren, Lucy, Charlotte, Lily, Luke Thomas, Hanna, Benjamin and Naomi Kleiner; and his granddaughter Erin Thomas.
