She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Blazicek and Cecelia Blazicek; her siblings, Stephen Blazicek and Margaret Ames (Blazicek); and her husband Joe.
She is survived by: her husband Dot; her daughter Krisanne Bursik; her son-in-law Joel Leonard; her grandsons, Adam Leonard and Zachary Leonard; and her friend Anne Perham (Bublinec) of Binghamton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, numerous grandnieces and grandnephews.
