He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene, Novella Williams (Moore), William and Kathryn Adams (Miller); and his brother David Adams.
He is survived by: his parents, Donald E. Williams Sr. and Thelma Williams (Adams); and his siblings, Renee Brown (Carlton), Kim Williams (Adelina), Mary Williams-Noi (David), Tracy Gilmore of Virginia and Mary Hall (Daniels) of Maryland. He is also survived by uncle and is survived by nine nephews and nieces, as well as eight great-nephews and nieces.
