He was predeceased by: his daughter Tina Safford; and his grandson Daniel Carmean. He is survived by: his wife Anna Safford; his brother Olen Safford; and his daughters, Christine Rupp, Annette Rupp and Natasha Coyne (Timothy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; great grandchildren.
