He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his mother Joan Van Alstyne; his siblings, Barbara Cuzdey (Joe) and John Van Alstyne (Penny Bonesteel); his nephew Patrick Bernard (Jamie); his niece Stasha Cuzdey (Robert Simmons); his sister-in-law Lorrie Thomas (John); and his friend Darlene Stuto.
