He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Castaldi and Ida Castaldi (Osinski). He is survived by: his wife Victoria Wheeler Castaldi of Troy; his children, David Castaldi of Rotterdam and Laura Castaldi of Scotia; his grandchildren, Shane and Teigan; his sisters, Maureen Nero (Don) of Guilderland and Judy Barnes (Brice) of Dallas, TX.; his stepchildren, Edward Rinaldi, Kelly Rinaldi and Connie Sweeney; and his stepgrandchildren, Jordan Rinaldi, Emma Rinaldi and Mia Sweeney.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home (1605 Helderberg Ave, Rotterdam, NY 12306). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
