She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Percy "Sonny" Wayne Woodard Sr., Cheryl Ann Woodard Grizzard, Patrick "Jim" James Hale Sr. and Mary L Hale; and her uncle Brendon Hale.
She is survived by: her mother Mary L Hale Woodard; her husband John Perry; her father P. Wayne Woodard, Jr.; her siblings, Ashley Woodard (Blaney Collins) and Mike Woodard (Crystal Howell); her nieces and nephews, Blaney Collins Jr., Kayden Woodard, Lakelon Collins, Wyatt Woodard, Allison Bradford and Barbra Collins; and her grandmother Joy D Shumway-Woodard. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to, Mohawk Hudson Humane Society an organization Amber felt strongly about.
