He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Holden and Frances Holden; his son Lance Michael Holden; and his brother Allan. He is survived by: his children, Shelley of Otego, Tiffany of Colorado John and Rachael of Endicott; his grandchildren, Courtney, Abbey and Jackson; his niece Betsy; and his nephews, Robert and Billy.
