He was predeceased by: his parents, George Koehler and Sarah Koehler (Meehan). He is survived by: his brother George Koehler (Mary Lou) of Mass; his stepchildren, Julianne Caldarulo of Johnson City and Thomas Caldarulo (Arissa) of Broadalbin; his children, Lynda Malkin, Lisa Koehler, Charles Koehler of Brooklyn and David Koehler of Brooklyn; and his grandchildren, Charles, Caroline, James and David. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
