She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Lewis and Atha Lewis (Seeley); her husbands, Eldon Gunn and Otis Shoemaker; her children, Linda Sawyer, Jerry, Terry Gunn, Jan Michael and Scott Glee; her siblings, Joyce Plank, Jocelyn Deats and Harvey Lewis, Jr.; and her half-brother Clair "Jimmy" Lewis.
She is survived by: her sister Doris Balcer of Savona; her children, Lorraine McNeill (Stewart Allen) of Lindley and Rick Gunn (Theresa) of Troupsburg; and her daughters-in-law, Sandy and Wanda Gunn of Troupsburg. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Waneta's name may be made to either the Finger Lakes SPCA or to the Troupsburg, Vol.
