It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edwin Wade of Troupsburg, New York, born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leland Wade and Anna Whipple Wade; his children, Valerie (Jim Kent), Mark (Faith Wade), Lyle (Jeanne Wade), Judy (Roy Ward), Wally (Yolanda Wade), Kenneth (Kimberly Wade), Sheryl (Ezra Geist) and Michelle (Steve Burdick); and his siblings, Leah Vitale of Piffard, NY, Carolyn Sutton of Canandaigua, NY, Janette Fish of Painted Post, Carroll Wade (Sue) of Jasper and Linda Weaver (Gerard) of Piffard, NY. He was also cherished by 4 step daughters, 29 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, several step grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested for the Troupsburg Vol. Fire Department or the Alzheimer's Assoc.
