He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hulbert and Gladys Hulbert (Thomas); his sister Dora Hulbert; his brothers-in-law, Orlo Ives, Nathan Ives and Donald Ives (Jeannie); his in-laws, Orlo and Lucy Ives; and his siblings, Joyce, Donald Hulbert and J. Elliott Hulbert.
He is survived by: his wife Millie Hulbert (Ives); his children, Jane Ficiur (Rob) of Alberta, Karen Smith (Michael) of Whitesville, NY and Dan Hulbert (Colene) of Arkport; his grandchildren, Jennifer Cochran (Brian), Andrew Hulbert (Danielle), Jared Ficiur (Taylor), Brett Ficiur (AJ), Michael Smith, Brian Ficiur (Robyn), Amy Hall (Tylor), Spencer Ficiur (Caron), Holly Laurie (Trevor), Aaron Hulbert (Kim) and Tyler Ficiur; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Hulbert and Darlene Hulbert.
Memorial donations are suggested for either the Troupsburg Baptist Church or the Greenwood Fire Dept.
