He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Bliss of Troupsburg; his children, Brian Bliss of Rochester, NY and Nadine Bailey (William); his grandchildren, Carl Bliss, Alexis Bailey and Aiden Bailey; and his siblings, Melvin D Bliss (Rose) of Mt. Joy, PA, Alan Bliss (Kathy) of Hornell, NY., Audrey Stepanian of Jasper, Judy Ridgeway (Joseph) of Syracuse and Bonnie Cady (Dennis) of Watkins Glen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
