Guiffre Sr. of Tribes Hill, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Guiffre and Angelina Guiffre (Marotta); and his siblings, Anthony Guiffre, Frank Guiffre, Thomas Guiffre, Mary Marrone and Lena Lopez.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph A. Guiffre Jr. (Beverly), Fonda, Larry Guiffre (Pam) of Tribes Hill and Linda S. Matousek (Wayne) of Johnstown; his grandchildren, Matt Guiffre, Sharon Crahan, Susan Gutmaker, Michael Guiffre and Christopher Guiffre; his great grandchildren, Kyle, Zachary, Shelby, Emma, Keira, Kaylee, Jacob and Bricky; and his wife Concetta Guiffre. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
