He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Caruso and Anna Caruso (Flagiello). He is survived by: his wife Maryanne Caruso; his children, Nicholas Caruso (Sarah) and Christina Caruso Pagan (Reuben); his sister Joann Cedeno (Victor); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Julianna and Matthew.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Nicholas' memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
