She was predeceased by: her husbands, J. Richard Koetzle and Frederick D. Holtz; and her parents, Ernest B. Helf and Ina M. Helf Roe. She is survived by: her children, David Koetzle (Tammy Beck) and Jeanne Koetzle (late Marshall Mallory); and her grandchildren, Christopher Holtz (Amanda), Kristin Schmutzler (Bryon), Lindsay Scinta (Leonard), Jonathan Beck (Hannah Robinson), Sara Ortiz (Javier) and Ana Beck. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many dear relatives and friends.
