She was predeceased by: her parents, Santiago Piscusa and Georgiana Piscusa; and her sister Valerie. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Speciale (Nick), Lani Honma (Mike) and Ericka Teglash (Jerry); her grandchildren, Sean (Tiffany), Matt Speciale, Bri, Ashlynn Honma, Katrina Nacnac (Marie) and Christian Mahoe; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Selene Speciale and Killian Nacnac; and her siblings, Richard, Debbie, Arlene and Eric.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made in Leilani's name to the American Heart Association.
