He is survived by: his wife Melanie Waltz (Mardrus-Jensen); his children, Kim Cave (John) and Pam Hamer (Ken); his stepsons, Erik Jensen (Marla) and Keith Jensen (Caryn Pritchard); his grandchildren, Daniel (Kathryn), Lauren (Joseph), Jenna, Liam, Nicolaus, Ellie, Madison, Benjamin and Adler; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Jack, Emmy and Liam; and his siblings, Richard Waltz (Cecila), Ruth Schultz (late William) and Karen Cowart (late Charles). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
