He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mato Draksic (Ana) and Marija Golubic (Petar). He is survived by: his spouse Danica Draksic; his daughter Kathy Rider (Bill); his grandchildren, Kristen and Jared Rider; and his siblings, Jana Krajacic (Marko), Jure Draksic (Zorica) and Slavo Draksic (Ankica). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tonawanda Chapel (2600 Sheridan Dr, Tonawanda, NY 14150). A prayer was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (263 Claremont Ave, Tonawanda, NY 14223). A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (4000 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14217).
