He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen T. Jacobi; and his brothers, Robert, Richard and Raymond Jacobi. He is survived by: his children, Ann Chamberlin (Bill), Joe Jacobi (Tammy), Sandra Cartwright (Robert) and Mary Ann Baker (Al); his grandchildren, Kailey (Christopher), Kara (Mike), Dan (Nina), Heather, Samantha (Justin), Chelsea (Cisco), Connor, Zack and Alanna; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Liam, Brailyn, Amelia and Remy; and his brother Martin Jacobi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
