He was predeceased by: his parents, John D'Angelo and Lena D'Angelo; and also Margaret D'Angelo. He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Dissek (Joshua) and John "Dough" D'Angelo; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn, Olivia and Aria; and his brothers, Christopher D'Angelo (Susan), Bart D'Angelo (Susan) and Angelo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
