She was predeceased by: her parents, John Papp and Magdalena Papp; and her brother Robert Papp (late Janet). She is survived by: her husband Ronald P. Dorn; her children, Karen Lubas (William), Kimberly Adcock (Carl) and Kelley Prell (Joseph); her grandchildren, Charles (Colleen), Austin, Erik Lubas, Carl II (Michelle), Brandon (Michelle), Brett (Amanda Nash), Evan Adcock, Kristen Ostrowski (Adam Esparza), Brooke Hogendyk (Kyle), Jennifer Prell and John Prell (Mallory Jaeger); and her nieces and nephews, Shelley and Scott. She is also survived by nine great-grand-children.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Joan's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Hospital.
