We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2024, Jo Ann Hodak (Tonawanda, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her significant other Ted Gondek; her parents, Raymond O. Carlin and Geraldine Carlin; and her pet Molly. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Hodak (Diana Tryka), Dan Hodak, Lisa Wende and Karen Pezouvanis (Tony); her grandchildren, Bonnie, Jackie, Manny, Izzy and Zoe; her sister Mary Barnhart (Steve); and her nieces and nephews, Kristin Neuner and Shaun Brennan. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (4000 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14217).
