He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Hicks and Eileen Hicks (Hattenberger); and his brother Jeffery Hicks (Monique). He is survived by: his spouse Leslie Hicks (Rademacher); his children, Renee Stom (Adam), Joy Brown (Jereme), Russell Hicks (Sherry) and Justin Hicks (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Juliana, Ryleigh, Kendall, Camryn, Joshua, Lily and Kennedy; and his siblings, Ellen Parisi (Richard), Colleen Boehm (Christy), Glenn Hicks (Patricia) and Judith Clark (Brad). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fretthold & Hamp Cremation & Funeral Services (37 Adam St, Tonawanda, NY 14150).
Memorial donations may be made to Niagara Hospice House in Russell's memory.
