She was predeceased by: her husband John B. Provenzo; her parents, Marion Digati and Mildred Digati; her brother Angelo "Andy" Digati (Elaine); and her brother-in-law Peter Provenzo.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jane Briandi (Frank), Lorraine Tripi-Serrano (Benjamin), Melissa Bonaffini (late William) and John Provenzo; her grandchildren, Settimia (Sean), Frank (Summer), Elise (Elliott), Giovanni, Benjamin, Rocco, Lydia, Ava, Mia and Johnny; and her great grandchildren, Chase, Anthony and Enzo. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
