He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Lewis and David C. Green. He is survived by: his stepparents, Jerold Lewis and Linda Beutner (Andy); his stepsiblings, David Lewis, Lori Lewis, Robin, Derrick Smith (Amy) and Jennifer Obstein (Jason); and his godson Dylan James Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
