He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Cimasi; his children, Timothy Pettit (Nancy), Michelle Kavey (Patrick), Molly Tivnan (Nancy), Michael Cimasi (Elizabeth) and Cassandra Siskar (Ryan); and his siblings, Teresa Ferraro (Matthew), John Cimasi (Debra) and Anita Hillyer Smith (Philip). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tonawanda Chapel (2600 Sheridan Dr, Tonawanda, NY 14150). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Benedict Church (1317 Eggert Rd, Buffalo, NY 14226). A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (4000 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14217).
