He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Fischer and Elizabeth Fischer-Brooks; and his siblings, Joseph, Francis and Walter Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Fischer; his son Charles Jr. Fischer (Lisa); his grandchildren, Josh, Tyler and Alyssa Fischer; and his sisters, Elizabeth Wirges (James) and Mary Kazmierczak (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Annuniciation (7580 Clinton St, Elma, NY 14059).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
