She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest E. Helmbrecht; her daughter Monica Helmbrecht; and her sibling Dieter Prade (Konny). She is survived by: her sons, Marcus (Leslie) and Gary; her grandchildren, Eric (Colette), Sarah Smith (Spencer), Sara Stearns (Viktor), Megan Showman (Daniel), Andrew and John; her great grandchildren, Daniel, Benjamin, Jackson, Aleks, Lily, Lauralee, Eden, Adrienne and Avery; and her siblings, Renate Grundel (late Dieter) and Rainer Prade (Michaela).
