It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Hapeman (Tivoli, New York), born in Rhinebeck, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Hapeman and Eleanor Hapeman (Clark). She is survived by: her siblings, Twyla Miles of Rochester, NY, Joyce Champlin (William Jr.) of Tivoli, NY and John Hapeman (Mary) of Shelburn Falls, MA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; along with extended family and friends.
