With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Billeci of Tivoli, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on August 29, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Patricia Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Collins and Helen Collins (DeFreest). She is survived by: her sister-in-law Carol Billeci of New York City, NY.; her children, Kathleen (Charles Wellcome) of Millbrook, NY, Michael (Christie Billeci) of Tivoli, NY and Jacqueline Billeci of Tucson, AZ; and her nephew Carlos Collins Gulnick (Floyd Gulnick) of Kingston, NY.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
